The bonded services provided by CGC is carried out through the bonded logistics platform. It aims to improve the warehouse turn over rate, lower the inventory level, and decrease the cost of freight transfer internationally (e.g. HongKong). Foreign goods are bonded when entering bonded areas and will only be taxed when imported to sell domestically, which lowers the fund occupation rate. When domestic goods enter the bonded area, it is viewed as export and will be given a tax rebate, which will increase the usage rate of business fund. The exchange of goods inside the bonded area will be viewed as off shore transactions and be excluded from VAT (Value Added Tax) and consumption tax. The bonded area will be regarded as the consolidating platform for bonded goods, to lower the cost of logistics in businesses.
